This hotel very very nice I really love it I've been here twice now and I'll will come again next time location is very close to restaurants. the room is Beautiful and have a good view of the pool and rooms are very clean. The staff are kind and speak nicely.

Great place to stay The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The staff are helpful and have great recommendations for restaurants, and so much more. It was truly an amazing experience. The weather here is wonderful, and everything is so peaceful at night. I had dinner in the restaurant, where everything was great. The burger was delicious, and I was treated to a beer, which was amazing. excellent service.

When we booked our room it was offered as with garden view, we got room #10 and the only view from the balcony is a white wall. This room is so far from the main area that is very difficult to have stable WIFI. The TV wasn’t working and the electronic safe wasn’t working with the code so we had to carry the safe’s key with us all the time. Very young and inexperienced staff, they were very kind and tried to be helpful but definitely they need proper training. The food at the restaurant is terrible. The hotel is located in an area where you can walk to pub street and the night market which is a plus. The hotel offers tours and they do a good job booking them for you.

Beautiful Oasis 100/10

Part of me wants to not give this an amazing review so I can guarantee I’d always get a room! This hotel is beautiful, the pool is just lovely, the food and drinks are really good and the room is so comfortable. It’s in a great location to walk around Siem Reap and close to everything but also very quiet and peaceful with no noise at night. Vireak, Mey, Menghour and Lyhour are very very good and lovely people. My only regret with booking it is it’s so nice I didn’t want to leave! It’s a beautiful little boutique. Everyone in Siem Reap is so pleasant, the taxi drivers are very honest and kind, the locals are very lovely and I felt safer in Siem Reap than I do back in the Uk. I’m putting this hotel on my list to come back to with friends next year. I regret not staying for a few more days. Only recommendation is to add a wake up call for those going to Angkor Wat sunrise.

Beautiful hotel set on a quieter road but within five minutes walk of pub Street and all the restaurants and bars. The pool area was a little paradise with lots of shade from trees and nature all around. Breakfast was delicious and the price of the room very reasonable. We managed to get a connecting room which was huge and beautifully designed which was ideal as we were travelling with two teenagers.

Staff was friendly and great location to pub street and lots of restaurants. The only con (which was no fault of the hotel) tv was not working due to construction nearby, but the staff was able to provide android tv box to use. The wifi was not great and wifi may not be important for other travelers, but we needed it to do work and we believe because tv was not working, maybe everyone was streaming and created wifi issues so this could be a one off situation. Overall great hotel and hospitality.
