This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom stand-alone, split-level home sleeps 8 with two king beds, a twin over queen bunk bed, and one twin roll-out bed. It features rustic contemporary design and high-end finishes throughout. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are vaulted ceilings, private laundry, a two-car garage, and a private deck with beautiful views. Summit Sky Ranch is located in Silverthorne where you have easy access to nearby ski areas at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail.

The entryway offers a bench and closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the living area featuring vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround. There is a mounted flat screen TV and a dedicated workspace off to the side. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the french doors lead out to the private deck where you're treated to panoramic views.

The full-sized gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom on this level is just off the living area and features a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower with a bench and glass enclosure and tile surround. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Also on this level is the primary bedroom. It features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and its own Juliette balcony. The high ceilings and window above the bed offer an open feel. The spacious en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with a bench and tile surround. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

Downstairs there are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV. The homeowner has also provided a twin-sized roll-out bed. There are additional sheets and blankets in a closet. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround.

To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved.
