There is no staff or check-in other than the code for your room door. Our problem was no shower, the faucet would not turn on the water. Tried all I could with no tools. When contacted was told sorry about that, it’s a new problem. That’s it, No other option of another room or a refund. Bed and shower were our priorities for a room. Place was nice otherwise.

Room I choose was small but super clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Nice large shower a good lodge feel. Right in town park and walk to shopping dinner drinks etc.

The Bent Elbow Hotel was great. Easy contactless check-in and clean up-to-date decor. I love it when hotels provide luxurious scents for body wash/shampoo/conditioner and The Bent Elbow did not disappoint.

Overall great room, met all my needs. Note to management: you may want to replace the light bulbs in the ceiling fan as most of them were out. Fortunately the bed side lamp worked great!

Seeping high up in Silverton

The room was specious and clean. I am 82, so the steps at 9,000 feet were hard for us. But, the owner was responsive to my needs and the Bent Elbow restaurant and bar was great. Couldn’t hear noise from downstairs or other room. Very cute.

Huge rooms in a historic building, nicely furnished, quiet and comfortable. only issues were carrying luggage up 19 steps and no heat. Still probably the best you will find in Silverton
