We will be booking this hotel again!! The room is a bit old & the bathroom is small but was very clean & the city views (amazing) with a balancing was worth paying the extra money for. The hairdryer works great but would recommend wearing ear plugs. We received a complimentary fruit platter which was amazing. The pool was brilliant!! Although the spa wasn’t heated it did light up at night. My husband & I used the steam bath after swimming in the pool which was divine & there is also a sauna. The staff made us feel so welcomed & went above & beyond. Special mention to Henn who was wonderful & showed so much care to our family especially our daughter Emmy. She recommend so many places for us to visit. The hotel is very close to the train station. Highly recommend going to the community market. (Tiong Bahru) So many difference cuisines to chose from & freshly made juices which is worth the 10-15 min walk. And super cheap. The hotel next to us has a 7 eleven but very very expensive. Cheaper to go to the markets to buy groceries. We look forward to staying here hopefully next year. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable & special. Holmes Family

Clean, comfortable room and lovely, welcoming staff. The food was very good as well. The only downside was the shower — it was a bit awkward to stand under. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Room was very clean and on one occasion I was in the room whilst it was cleaned. She was so friendly and lovely to talk with. The concierge ( greeter in the foyer ) was extremely helpful and much appreciated his help. Overall a good visit.

The property its a bit pricey for the limited amenities it offers. Its on a major road and there's limited dining around. To me the worst was the property NOT having ANY wheelchair accessible rooms or bathrooms through the entire property. That was a big downfall.

It was a good stay of 5 nights. A bit older, but nothing unacceptable. Beds were comfortable. A little out of the way, but you do only get what you pay for. The Grand Prix was about to start so all hotels were expensive.

The mattress, bedding and pillows were good quality. The free shampoo and body wash smells good. The front desk let us take a shower at the pool area before our room was ready, which was nice.

Our stay was nice and comfortable. The room was a little dated but completely fine and we had no issues. We travelled with a baby and the staff tried their best to be accomodating! Jasmine and Hadi at reception were amazing on check in. The only downside I would say is that there were no coffee or teas provided in the room.

Great value, buffet breakfast and transport links at this location. We have stayed here a few times. A couple of front of house staff need to be more attentive and punctual when guests are visibly waiting to be assisted.
