Room size is too small. My daughter accidentally slipped and fell in the room and her shoulder hit the tv and dented the screen. She had to pay $800SGD. She was initially quoted $1400, then they dropped it to $800. This is a scam and manager was extremely rude.

This is a stand alone hotel, thus i do not understand why they have to lock up the toilets in the lobby (only accessible to hotel guest with room card) Also they used to have complimentary parking but not anymore (the whole building belongs to you right?)

we loved this place. the staff is super helpful, the feel is ver homey. the morning breakfast is enough to power your day. i used the laundry facilities in the 4th floor and it was easy and stress free. just a nice welcoming ambiance and situated central to all our destination, transport by grab was a breeze. will be back!

Very good location close to cruise ship pier, airport, railway system near hotel is very well organized, you can get around parks & other nice spots in Singapore. I will stay here on my next trip & surely recommend it to everyone
