Great location and helpful staff, Wilson was always friendly when we entered and exited the hotel and on our last day, he helped us carry our bags to the train station and make sure we made it on to the train. The view from the pool and the room was incredible and the food at Qin was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

I had a good stay at this hotel— the room itself was very comfortable with great views of the city/chinatown. Breakfast was okay but not too many options. My check-in experience felt a bit rushed but i understand the hotel was very busy on a weekend. I think the locations is quite great for someone visiting Singapore, I didn’t interact too much with staff but they were friendly. The amenities in the room were nice (Dyson hairdryer!) and will say the bathroom was such a highlight because you can tell it’s quite modern and updated. I will say I had some of the best sleep of my life on their beds; truly the only reason I’m knocking it down a star is just because of my check-in experience.

Great hotel!

Great hotel in a wonderful location! It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check out late and held our bags before we left for an evening flight. Highly recommend!

I loved this hotel so much, it was clean and the pool was fabulous. The gym was also very spacious and had a lot of equipment surprisingly! Staff were friendly and I really would come back here :) Breakfast was delicious as well!

Quiet rooms in a convenient location next to a train station and Chinatown. Rooftop pool is small and loungers need to be reserved. Would’ve appreciated knowing that the few free refreshments in minibar would only be stocked once, throughout a three night stay. In poor taste for rooms that are almost $400/night
