With a surface area of approximately 145 sqm, the house follows the gentle slope of the terrain, positioning itself along a slight incline that ensures a south-facing exposure for all rooms. Each room thus enjoys a splendid sea view, in a bright atmosphere constantly bathed in sunlight.

The villa stands out for its welcoming and well-organized layout, featuring three double bedrooms designed to offer each guest a private and intimate space, perfect for unwinding in complete tranquility. Completing the property are two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a living area with a fireplace and sofa, and a dining area ideal for sharing pleasant and convivial moments. The interiors are simple yet refined, thoughtfully curated to create a warm and functional atmosphere.

The outdoor spaces are the true highlight: two furnished verandas overlooking the garden, ideal corners for relaxing in the shade or enjoying leisurely breakfasts and dinners under the stars. The garden, simple yet full of character, perfectly reflects the Mediterranean spirit of the villa with its scents, colors, and natural rhythm.

Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7. However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.

Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.

Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.

For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.

The Contract

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.

Deposit

The refundable deposit of € 600,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.

Local Council Tourist Tax

It is specified that, currently, in the municipality of Sinnai there is no provision for the application of the tourist tax
