Ground floor: Common room with lounge. You have access to the 40 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 7 chairs and porch swing. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (3 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with bathtub with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: Living room with lounge and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation (appropriate only for children under 11 years) and Extra bed approx. 90x170 cm. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a mountain road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
