Ceiling in shower had pockets full of water in them. Floor in bathroom was gross. Along tub/wall hasn’t been cleaned. Room was humid and musty. Not even close to the pool to cause this. Unpleasant smell in hallways. Ice machine did not work. Some lights in room did not work nor did the switches.

Staff behavior is very bad, specifically front dest staff and cleaner. They dont provide house keeping service on need. I stayed 3 days but cleaned the room only once. I requested to provide toothbrush and paste. They have those available but did not provide. I am so disappointed with their behavior and service. I will never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.

Booked here because it was somewhat the halfway point to Sturgis from MG,Mn. Checked in late and was kindly greeted by the front desk personnel. The hotel was quiet & clean and accommodatable.

Never again!

No check in early option, wouldn’t even look or try then 1hr wait at 3pm to check in. Everyone has a room get to us and another 15 minutes meanwhile miss first 1hr and half of concert cause we are from out of state and no where to change. There was water leak under our sink going all over anytime we ran water plus got us wet. The check in guy very unfriendly, not empathetic, and didn’t care about anyone’s thoughts. Went to check out and there’s a sign and basket nobody offering receipts or anything.

Good room terrible service

The guy at front desk was very rude. Admitted to going into our room while we were gone. Stayed for 4 days and everyday was he rude.
