This third-floor apartment in the Stay on Spring collection offers a practical, budget-friendly setup with two private sleeping rooms and a work-friendly layout just minutes from Downtown Sioux Falls. Designed in a hotel-style format without a traditional living room, the unit includes a bedroom with a TV, closet, and dresser, plus a second room with its own TV, desk, shelving, and loveseat—making it ideal for coworkers, travel nurses, or guests who want separate sleeping spaces. A full bathroom is located off the main hallway, and the kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate, skillet, toaster oven, and essential cookware (no full stove or oven). High-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and the added privacy of a top-floor location make it especially well suited for mid-term and extended stays.

Pets are welcome (up to two dogs or cats for $40 per pet, per stay), and on-site coin-operated laundry provides convenience for longer visits. Parking includes shared off-street spaces available on a first-come basis, along with free street parking nearby. Located close to Falls Park, Downtown Sioux Falls, Sanford and Avera hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, this unit is perfect for guests who plan to spend their time working, exploring, or visiting the area. Please note that multiple flights of stairs are required to access the third-floor unit and there is no traditional living room. Our hosts were great! Quirky little two-bedroom apartment, perfect for us - the location as amazing. Right downtown, very close to everything we needed to do! The entire space was very clean and inviting. Beds were super comfortable, with plenty of bedding for those cold South Dakota nights. A nice, relaxing stay with wonderful hosts!

Great space! No living room, so we had a "living" bedroom and then the bedroom quarters. Lots of stairs for unit 6 for my old pooches, but I liked being upstairs! Felt safe and secure here. Walkable to downtown and to the historic district with really cool houses!

The apartment is small. It was clean. It does not sleep 5 as was advertised. There is not a couch fit to sleep on. It is next to a very busy street in what felt like a questionable neighborhood. We had to wear the ear plugs offered to sleep. We also had a problem with the electricity in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive to that issue. There was also a strong sewer smell in the area that came into the apartment.

Mother daughter weekend

Check in was easy. I liked the detailed booked for check out instructions. I liked the property for a short stay. There is no oven for making meals for an extended stay. I was happy there was a small couch in one of the rooms so we could watch TV. The neighborhood was a little intimidating for us. All the neighbors have no trespassing signs. The house was secure.

Next to downtown. I was here for the week for work purposes. All went well. The circuit breaker was popping when I tried to use the toaster oven. Not a big deal at the end, as I was able to use microwave and hotplate.

Great quick-stay place

We drove up and were a little skeptical with the property next door. Check in and out was great. Good walking distance to our event. Sleeps 4 adults only…two bedrooms/ 2 Queen beds. No living room/ couch Clean place and attentive host. Both bedrooms had TVs.I know it’s an older multi-unit place but the floors were comically uneven, gave us a bit of a chuckle but definitely would recommend.

Work trip to Sioux Falls

We had a great stay in Sioux Falls. This place was easy to access and only a 15 minutes walk from the main strip (Phillips Ave). It was nice to have a tv in each room and the hot water kettle worked great.

Dog-friendly apartment

We took our dog along for his first travel experience and selected this property for our weekend in Sioux Falls because of the dog-friendly amenities. It did not disappoint! Cozy and clean, the apartment was just what we needed for our brief stay. It is close to a lot of other central locations in the city and the neighborhood was perfect for a dog-walk or two. Recommend and will likely stay here again.

Weekend Trip

Everything went really smoothly with my family's weekend trip.The owner was extremely helpful, understanding and very responsive. They even were concerned with my family size with the space provided but since we didn't need much it work out perfct. If you're looking for cute place to stay in city, I wouldn't even second guess booking this location again..
