This unique family apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (max 5) and is one (1) of the six (6) independent Alterra Vita Apartments in the village of Neos Marmaras.

It is located on the second/third floor of the Alterra Vita Apartments building and is accessible only by stairs (no elevator). Once you enter the flat there is an interior staircase that goes upstairs to an interior balcony with a small bathroom. Ideal for families with kids older than 7 years old cause for younger kids the staircase could be dangerous. The flat is also good for 2 couples but the 2nd couple stays upstairs with its own smaller bathroom. Please note that the privacy of the 2nd couple will be limited.
The master bedroom is on the first floor of the flat and it includes a queen size bed (160cm x 200cm) and an open wardrobe. The flat, also, offers a cozy living room with a great sea view even from the sofa. There are two balconies at the flat and this can also ensure the soft breeze thought the day: one accessible directly from the master bedroom and the main balcony balcony overlooking the Toroneos Gulf, Porto Carras Resort and the village of Neos Marmaras, where you can enjoy the moon at night with a glass of wine and your meals throughout the day,
This flat is ideal for relaxing holidays in Halkidiki, combining practicality, stunning views and the fact that you live in the village but not where the crowds are.
The main bathroom is fully renovated with a monsoon shower and essential bathroom amenities. Upstairs the second smaller bathroom serves the needs of a family or these of a 2nd couple sleeping upstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking basics. There is a washing machine for common use just one floor above the apartment at a utility room at the terrace. You can use that any time during your holidays.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with a great panoramic sea view
and it can accommodate up to 4, max 5 people- 2 in the main bedroom, 2 upstairs at 2 single
beds and 1 in the living room on the sofa that has a proper mattress.
All the beds are very comfortable to sleep on.
The room is equipped with a flat panel LCD TV with HDMi connectivity (for laptops, gaming systems etc.)
Accessibility/stairs: The flat is located on the 2nd – 3rd floor of the building, about 5 sets of 12-14 steps each to reach the apartment. No elevator.

A/C: There are 2 A/Cs at this flat, one in the main bedroom downstairs and a 2nd A/C at the living room that also covers the interior balcony area.
There is a washing machine for common use on the top floor of the block. A baby chair and a baby cot are available upon request.
