I didnt get to the room as i booked late the booking went through but no one was there to give access very poor services ended up sleeping in my car in a carpark and getting a refund through hotel.com avoid go else where

We like staying at harbour hotel but really like the flats very nice place to stay, the hotel toilets is blocked so had 2 have someone out for that, still not right but it’s fine the staff is nice and helpful I would recommend the hotel and the flat two stay

We had an issue with our room but it was sorted in minutes by a lovely workman , spoke to the owner and he was really lovely and helpful , the workman even offered to help my disabled husband up the stairs . We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again !!!

The room was clean beds was comfortable and the location was great. but the lights on the bed didnt work, there was not enough coffee sugar and milk out and no tea bags at all. We was woken up at 2am from the ignorant people having a domestic next door. Also there was an awful stain on the matress.
