Enjoy your meals whilst gazing out over the countryside and keep an eye out for cranes, eagles, owls and moose. Unwind in the wood-fired sauna and spend cosy evenings playing games with family and friends.



The peaceful grounds, surrounded by fragrant woods and birdsong, invite you to linger outdoors. Children can let off steam on the playground and explore nature. Take a stroll to the lake for a refreshing swim and round off the day with a meal by the campfire.



In season, there are plenty of blueberries and chanterelles growing around the house, which are perfect for regional dishes. In the surrounding area, numerous walking trails and several lakes perfect for swimming invite you to explore. Try your hand at fishing for brown trout and crayfish in the nearby lake, or go on a long canoe trip in Svenarum. The region’s many flea markets and padel courts also ensure a varied holiday. In winter, a ski resort is just a short drive away.
