We arrived after a 12-hour drive with two children only to be told they didn't have a reservation for us. I have the email confirmation from Expedia. I will be calling Expedia tomorrow!!!!!!!!!! So maddening. How does that even happen when I already paid Expedia for the reservation?!?!

Nice hotel but traffic noise was unbearable. Could not sleep even with ear plugs. Will never stay here again very disappointing

Our room was clean and the room size, shower and overall space was great. My only complaint is that we were there for three nights and our room was never cleaned. I called and told the front desk and they had some weird explanation but on the bathroom mirrors there is a note that said they clean after two nights. We needed towels and needed to go downstairs and get them. The hotel is nice but they need more staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless — the cleanliness really stood out, from the room to the common areas. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and at home. The staff were outstanding: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service truly elevated my experience. I would definitely come back without hesitation. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers top-notch cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service, I highly recommend this place!
