The location was great as it was close to several restaurants. Our room was clean and my only thing to note is that there are no elevators to the second floor. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating

Smiths Falls Best Western

Room was very clean and we were fortunate to stay at a quiet time (i.e., other guests were quiet and considerate of others). The bath needs grab bars and toilets are too low (we'reseniors). All staff members we encountered were friendly, courteous and efficient.

The property was very clean & comfortable for a small rural town hotel that was reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised after an unfavorable stay in another small town hotel. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for an affordable hotel.
