I was charged for the room key which I left in the room after asking the cleaning staff if that was OK. When I went to the office my key was right in front of me on the desk. The charge had gone through and the clerk told me that Expedia would reimburse me in 2 to 3 days. I am still waiting. I was charged for leaving one day early plus for checking out 1 hr. after check-in time. Not a good experience with the hotel and Expedia.
