North Topsail Beach condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Here are some suggestions:1) It would be helpful to have a book on how to work the T.V's. I could not change the volume on the living room TV.2) It would be helpful to tell people what to do with the left over food in the fridge when you leave.3) It would be nice to have "Rules" for the stay.Thank you.

Topsail stay

Location is great, very short walk to the beach. It would be very helpful to clarify in the checkin emails that the condo is in Building 1.

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful week long getaway with friends. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well supplied for dishes and such. Wished there were a few more lights on the switches but that’s minor in the grand scheme. Maintenance was quick to respond when we noticed that the tubs drained slowly, they were there quickly to clear the clogs. Overall it was an enjoyable week.
