A Tee and Sea - Beautiful Unobstructed Ocean View Cottage

Unobstructed ocean views from almost every room in this great beach house. 2 floors of ocean side covered porches with access to the beach just a hop, skip and jump away (50 ft. or less). Everything you need for the most perfect of family vacations. Plenty of parking for you and your guests underneath the house and on the driveway.

The reverse floor plan boasts an upper level with wide open spaces, including a wet bar for your own island drinks. Cook as you watch the ocean and mingle with your guests in the great room. The Great room also houses a Queen sleeper sofa. The upper level also has a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Adjacent you will find a full bath with shower/tub combo in the hallway to the great room.

The lower level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a King bed with a private bath. The second bedroom also has a King bed. Both King bedrooms have access to an ocean deck via sliding glass doors. The third bedroom on this lower level has a Queen bed. The 3rd bath is located off the hall beside these 2 bedrooms.

The delightful colors and furnishings of this cottage make your stay even more relaxing. Outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water and includes a separate dressing area.

This was an amazing vacation home! My family and I had one of the best trips ever!! We enjoyed the home inside and out, also the view was great, whether on bottom deck or top deck. We met neighbors who were delightful and so nice to either speak with or just wave hello. Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family and I. Can't wait to do it again!!

My favorite rental property

The location is far enough from the tourist locations that you don’t see a million people walking around or cars passing but it’s a quick drive to go check out the stores or grab ice cream. You get a great view of the ocean. The location fit seven of us comfortably. We loved every minute and will be back!
