This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 10 guests. Hardwood floors throughout make it easy to keep clean, and an outdoor hot/cold shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand.

The open-concept living area combines the kitchen, dining, and living spaces—ideal for family gatherings. Relax with a big-screen TV for your favorite shows or ballgames. Beautiful home, easy access to the beach. We’ve always traveled to the Emerald coast of Florida, but this vacation changed our minds. We will be returning to the Topsail area from now on. Our daughter lives on base and we were able to visit with her, and take our granddaughter on so many fun excursions. Lots of steps in the home but we got used to it. Great layout, peaceful neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores. The home had everything we needed, we just brought sheets and towels. Loved the parking area for our beach gear. Everything was perfect!
