Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 7.3 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge and 1.8 miles south of the high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach.  You'll enjoy the peace and quiet here!  Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry just off the island for shops, groceries, restaurants and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Linens are included for all Standard Beds. Linens for non-standard beds (sleeper sofas, rollaways, futons, etc.) are available for an additional fee.

Pool Heat:

Pool heat is OPTIONAL with a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $550 per week.   Please notify Ward Realty at least 4 days prior to your arrival if you would like to pay the $550 fee to have the pool heated. 

When activated, the pool heater will raise the average water temperature to a minimum of 75–78°F, depending on outdoor conditions.

 In the event of unseasonably cold or frigid weather, or when overnight temperatures remain at or below 55°F during the 4 days prior to arrival, Ward Realty cannot guarantee the pool will reach a comfortable temperature.
The $550 pool heat fee is non-refundable. If inclement weather or sustained low overnight temperatures occur before arrival, no refunds will be issued unless the guest cancels pool heat at least 4 days prior to check-in.

Topsail Island Vacation Rentals | Trip Preparation:

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See below for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your Topsail Island vacation rental. Please note that this Topsail Island vacation rental comes with sheets and towels for all standard beds for all weekly (7 night minimum) reservations. Linens for non-standard beds such as sleeper sofas, futons, roll-a way beds, etc. are not included. Guest may bring their own linens for non-standard beds or rent them from Ward Realty.
