We had a very nice time. Some things we didnt care for was it was way too smoky for us. Even taking our allergy meds, we still had to give up and go to our rooms. The lines for the Thanksgiving dinner was about a 3-4 hour wait! Mabe some other planning could have helped ease the lines...like maybe hold it in the ballroom too? Although we did decide on sushi, and it was a very unique thankgiving dinner, it was very good and spent with family and friends.

Valet was convenient and great! Check in was fast and easy! Room was amazing! The pool and hot tub was memorable especially for the kids. Just sucks it closes at 8 for all ages. The food was good as always.

Parking that didn't involve having to still go through the casino due to smoke and long line to check Ids as soon as you get off the elevator. We had a lot of luggage and small children and had to wait and walk through smoke. The hotel itself was nice, but the smoke smell still lingers into the non-smoking section which is right next to the hotel entrance. There should be separate parking and entrance for hotel guests only that don't need to go through the smoking section of casino. We stayed due to convinience of location for kids basketball tournament. Casino should really look at making it non-smoking like most casinos in WA now.

Hawks peak was my only complaint the service was terribly slow. Over half an hour for a drink and almost two complete hours before we received our food. Besides the restraint being slow and my food not coming out hot. I will say the concert area and staff were fantastic. Our hotel room was super nice and clean and we loved the hot tub.
