This second-floor condo unit in the main lodge building enjoys beautiful natural light in the mornings as it looks out east over Fanny Hill and the aspen forest. Convenient to dining, ski slopes, biking, and hiking options, this studio puts visitors right in the center of it all. Enjoy all the best of Snowmass from this cozy second-floor unit!

The bold red wall and natural wood beamed ceiling make a statement in this upstairs condo. Upon entry, you'll immediately notice the convenience of an efficiency kitchen, complete with a two-burner stove, compact refrigerator, and microwave oven. Stay on budget by enjoying some meals in, or simply enjoy the convenience that having an onsite kitchen offers. The Edge, the resort's onsite restaurant and bar, is also a nice option for dining out.

Making your way further into the condo, you'll find a queen bed tucked into a cozy nook, with bedside lamps creating a restful ambiance. Relax on the spacious, comfortable sofa in the evenings, feeling satisfied after a full day of outdoor adventuring. A large flatscreen TV situated opposite of the sofa offers hours of entertainment via cable. The sofa also folds out into a bed for an additional sleeping option.

Consider disconnecting from the outside world during your stay, refocusing your attention on the present moment and the beautiful surroundings. A large wall of glass doors allows plenty of sunshine to stream in. Whether you're curled up in the warmth of the condo watching snow cover the ground or you're admiring the brilliant blues and greens of summer, the scenery from our condos is always spectacular. When the weather is warm, step outside onto the private balcony to soak in the scenery.

Just steps from the condo you'll enjoy the warmth of our heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi tubs. And the outdoor adventures found on the mountain slopes, whether it's speeding downhill on skis during winter or discovering the perfect hiking route in summer is all just beyond the doorstep. The well-appointed Timberline Condo unit 216 puts you well within reach of enjoying it all!

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
