Entire flat is sunny (looking south), design furnished and really spacious - 115 sq.m., located on Gurko street, next to the famous artistic Shishman street, the favorite place for entertainment of Sofia residents and guests, where they can immerse themselves in the pleasant atmosphere of restaurants, bars, galleries and shops. Around our place are the most significant historic sights of the city - Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, National Theater “Ivan Vazov”, museums, the largest urban garden, exhibitions, museums, churches, universities and other close to all main attractions. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk away from subway station with direct line to the airport and 1 minute walk away from bus and trolleybus transports.
This is a 115m² spacey apartment which offers a comfortable stay:
- 1st Double bedroom with 160/200 bed size - 20m², with air conditioning
- 2nd Double bedroom with 160/200 bed size - 25m², with air conditioning
- 3th Double bedroom with sofa bed - 140/198 bed side - size 10m², with air conditioning
- Living room with a comfortable sofa bed - 140/198 bed side and cable TV - 35m², with air conditioning, dining area, brand new full equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen cutlery. Coffee, tea, cream and spices are provided for your stay.

You can use everything that is on disposal in the flat. Of course, if you need something that you cannot find in the apartment, let us know and we'll figure out how to deliver it to you.

- After reservation and before check-in, guests must send information from their ID cards or passports to be registered in the Unified Tourist Information System - ESTI according Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism! Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded.
- Parking around the area is paid - 2 BGN per hour and it's allowed to park for 2 hours per day only. Secured private paid parking in 80 meters next to the building - 21 euro/24 h.
- SECURITY CAMERA - outside of the apartment above the apartment door.
- A late check-out is possible in case there are no upcoming guests on the same day and the tax for this is-10 EUR per hour.
- An early check-in if possible. The tax for this is-10 EUR per hour.
- Storage of luggage - 5€ per suitcase.
- 2nd floor NO elevator.
