Modern two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with patio, located within a small condominium of three units with a private swimming pool in Soiano del Lago.
The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, offers functional spaces and modern furnishings. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, and an American coffee machine.
From the living room, guests can access the small covered patio with a dining table, ideal for outdoor meals with a pleasant view of the condominium’s pool.
The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with open wardrobe, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Guests also have access to a washing machine in a dedicated laundry room within the condominium, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The apartment also offers two private uncovered parking spaces within the property.
The condominium pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.
Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be provided to access the accommodation independently.
Upon arrival or a few days prior, payment of the tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which is subject to local regulations.
