The place was very dirty, especially the bathroom and the bed. I found cockroaches in the bathroom, and the smell was horrible. I asked to be moved, and they told me it looked like that because it was going to be repaired, but honestly, it was more about dirt than any repairs. I will never go back to that place. I didn’t feel safe with all that filth. 0 out of 10. I also have picture for proof!

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Unsafe and dirty room. They kept low light so no one see stains and bugs on bed. Bedsheet had dark spots and my daughter couldn’t sleep. I would rather sleep in my car.

Worst hotel experience ever

Check in was good, very friendly rep however she failed to inform us about work that was taking place on the compound ( right outside our room) to make things worse around 2am their was a fire scare which caused the evacuation of the hotel, all this time no rep was present so getting back to your room with a key…..
