Three bedroom, two bath townhome located on the Hidden Valley Resort of Western Pennsylvania. Only minutes to the slopes or a short walk to the pool, playground, basketball and tennis courts. Hit the walking trail right outside the back door or take a spin around the resort on your bicycle…this is the perfect location for a more private getaway any time of year!

The townhome features an open floor plan with a full bath and queen bedroom on the ground floor. The full bathroom is located beside the bedroom and has a walk-in shower. A large stone wood fireplace will keep you warm as you snuggle on the sofa and watch the snow fall through large windows in the living and dining areas. For entertaining, there’s a smart TV with basic cable or you can sign in to your streaming services. There are also games and a large back deck surrounded by trees if you want to take the festivities outside!

Head upstairs to a queen room with private access to the bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has another walk-in shower and separate bath tub to relax away any worries. The second upstairs bedroom features a tri-bunk (twin on top, queen on bottom), rocking chair and small coat rack for the kids. The stackable washer/dryer is in the upstairs hallway closet beside the bathroom. Both queen bedrooms have smart TVs to log in to your own streaming services. The upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans to help beat the summer heat.

This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA), not a resort. Tenants are obliged to adhere to the rules of the HOA which will be accessible in the guest portal and the property binder inside the rental. If fines are incurred due to Tenant behavior, those fines will be collected from that Tenant.
Pets must be leashed outside, they are not permitted on furniture and must be cleaned up after on the grounds. $75/pet for stays 14 days or less, price varies for longer term stays. Max 2 pets.
Pool passes permitted for the # the property can sleep up to a max of 10 passes per property.
