Room was okay! Location was good. However, the room service was below average. If you need anything you would have to get down to the balcony as there is no room service. No water bottle in the room. As a courtesy at least you expect a water bottle. Easy check in and check out

Bed bugs. 😔

When we entered the room, we were greeted by a bed bug on the pillow. We could see it from across the room. We went to the front desk, and told the receptionist that we needed to cancel our stay. Obviously, we would not stay in a hotel even in a different room that was known to have bed bugs. The young girl was gracious, said that she was so very sorry and told us that our credit card would not be charged and they would take it out of their system. But, we have been charged, and we need that rectified.

Only thing I didn’t like was it was only one elevator and the pool room was cold. Pool water was great but sitting in the pool area was cold. I think wet floor signs should be in the hallways by the pool area.
