First issue... I had to yell to get attention from back room when I walked in both times. Run by young Indian guy. They were supposed to pre-auth only $50. They did $57.50. Told he never saw that before and it would all be released right after checkout. 5 days later, still not released. Price for the room should have been adjusted through Expedia... my receipt is for less than what I was charged Wasn't fixed. Trying to scam extra money. This room was absolutely 100% misrepresented by photos online. Cat pee and pot smell through the motel. ROOM: It doesn't say all of the beds on a second floor... meaning stairs in the "room." Being disabled, I have to sleep on the couch. THERE'S NO COUCH like the pics, only two CHAIRS. The photos show a TV in the living room. Nope. There's no microwave in the suite. Half bath on the first floor had a clogged sink. The "bedroom" doesn't have a door or tv. The closet in that room doesn't have any bar to hang, shelves to set, or a door. The skylights cannot be covered. The mirror in the king bed area wouldn't shut off. The light stayed on all night. That beautiful bathroom you see in the representation photos of this specific room. 😂 Trashy broken curtain and paint peeling all over. Heat monitor stayed at 54° (on AC) all night long. It was FREEZING (in middle of winter). Even more wrong. Watch video. Luckily, we only had the kids there only one night due to emergency weather. WORST accommodation we had start to finish. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
When we first set our stuff in the room. No TV... no couch! No other rooms available.
No couch as represented by photos. I had to sit up all night in a chair because I'm disabled and they didn't say anything online about all beds being upstairs. No sleep for me. No other rooms available.
The heat monitor thermostat was broken and set on 54°. We couldn't change it. It looked like it had previously caught on fire or something.
The mirror that stayed on all night and we couldn't shut it off. The touch button wouldn't work. I have a video of all this stuff.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I was initially given a room that strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. After requesting a different room, the second room smelled even worse. Due to the overwhelming odor, I was unable to stay and had to leave the hotel entirely. This made it impossible for me to complete my stay as planned.

Ohhh, I have to say this is the nightmare of our family trip, I feel very uncomfortable after check in, the dirty carpet, the old furnitures let me doubt how this could be a hotel, it really breaks the bottom line. Not mention the hallway is full of weeds smell, I even can’t explain to my kids what the smell is. We moved to another hotel the same night we checked in, although we paid two nights, it is a big lesson learn: run away from this terrible hotel!

Thus hotel has no elevators. Once i got pass that i got to my room. The half bathroom was broke. My heat did not work. And then i see roaches. No room phone. I called the front desk no answer i went downstairs the front desk was closed no on was there and it was extremely dark . I left way before my check out time. I didn't have the option to swtich rooms because no one was at the front desk.
