Miles of navigable water (canoe, kayak, tube, etc.). This fantastic space features two cozy bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a queen and a full bed. Pack-n-Play with linens. This home is perfect for families or friends. Guests can unwind in the soothing living room, which includes a comfortable sofa, recliner and a futon for extra sleeping space. With one full bathroom, offering a shower and a relaxing bathtub, getting ready is a breeze. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, new refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, griddle, blender and many additional essentials including a highchair if needed. Dining room table seats 6. All bed linens included, bath towels and kitchen towels provide. Living room, dining room and bedrooms all look out to the river with amazing views. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. 4 Kayaks are provided, fire pit, dock, gas grill, patio furniture, spacious yard for relaxing. Sandbar is close, public boat land 1/2 mile away, fish the river for small mouth bass, crappie, pike, and muskie. Key pad lock entrance, Internet access including access to free TV and movies.
