The detached holiday home, renovated in 2024, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in the village centre, near the old town. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit and courtyard. Surveillance cameras in outdoor areas.

Somoskőújfalu, 365 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
