I was supposed to get free breakfast and it was not offered to me. We’ve stayed here many years ago and they would give you a coupon to go to the restaurant next-door but this trip they did not have that. Also, there was a hair on the toilet paper that was disgusting. The bed was comfortable. I can’t complain about that. The bed was the best part of the stsy.

Worst hotel experience of my life

We were jolted awake in the dead of night by staff aggressively accusing us of cooking something while we were clearly asleep. Then, every half hour, we were disturbed again by noise in the hallway. Naturally, my dogs started barking—how could they not? And yet, staff had the audacity to call us on the room phone and demand that we quiet our dogs, as if we were the ones causing all the disturbance. For heaven’s sake, YOU were the ones being loud and waking us all up! How can they pretend to be “animal friendly” while harshly harassing guests over their dogs—dogs that were just trying to communicate? The breakfast was nothing but cheap, processed garbage that made everyone sick. The staff members repeatedly shot us dirty looks, and some even kept staring into our room, making us feel unwelcome and downright uncomfortable. The dog area was a disaster—filthy and neglected, and we had to bring our own bags because they didn’t bother to provide any, and the trash wasn’t emptied the entire time—we were there, garbage everywhere. The following night, it was even worse—kids running wild through the hallways, screaming from the pool, and nothing was done. The disrespectfulness was blatant, yet ignored. When we finally packed up and inspected the rooms, we found trash and leftover drugs from previous guests—clear signs the place isn’t cleaned properly. To top it off, the bathrooms have no fans, so the smell of sewage lingers long after someone uses them—rooms were filled with cigarette

Aladdin Inn is a nice quiet place at the end of the highway away from the busy intersections and from downtown areas. my room was very clean, the staff very professional. It was an overall great experience. I will be returning here once again.

King Suite: All staff we came into contact with were polite and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room is the size of a small one bedroom apartment. The couch and chair in the living room were firm but comfotable. The pull out bed was...well, a pull out couch, not the most comfortable but it gets the job done. The dining table chairs were also comfortable. The kitchen was clean....some wear and tear but functional. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking needs, including a small crockpot. The bathroom desperately needs a nightlight and some kind of non slip grips in the shower. The bedroom had plenty of space and a large dresser, however, the only air conditioning unit in the suite is located next to the kitchen which did NOT cool the bedroom off. We had to go buy a box fan that we placed near the door to pull the cool air into the room. Even with that the bedroom was at least 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the unit. The bed was VERY firm. My husband was perfectly comfortable but I was VERY uncomfortable. For me, it was one level above sleeping on the ground. The pillows were great though! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Our room was next to the office, so there was some noise with people walking back and forth and walking around the office but nothing horrible.

First room we were in smelled heavily of smoke unfortunately, but they were quick to have us switched to another room, very accommodating of my need to be on bottom floor due to no elevator, and the new room we were in was clean and smoke free this time. The neighbors of our room were particularly loud during early hours and evening hours, upstairs stomping and next door banging on walls occasionally but I don’t blame to staff or the hotel for that one bit. The free breakfast was not good by any means, stale bread/bagels, always out of most items even at the beginning of the morning, and just not really good options, we just went out to breakfast instead after first day, the pool was a bit murky after there were a bunch of kids in it the first day we were there, but the rest of week was not so filled and nice to relax in working jacuzzi. Last time we booked the jacuzzi was broken down so it was lovely on some of the cooler temperature days in the evening, will say that it closing at 8 instead of 10 like most I’ve been to was a bit underwhelming but we made it work just fine. Overall I really enjoyed my birthday trip and was glad of this affordable and clean find. Was it the best hotel I’ve stayed in, no, but for the price compared to pretty much everywhere else and with a pool and jacuzzi available, it was worth it for us to not have to drive all the way up to the lake just for a cool off! I do wish there was a hook lock instead of just regular lock but was safe enough.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking but I could smell smoke. The pool and spa were good. The breakfast was terrible and served in the office where there was no room for a bunch of guests. There was only one table! They use to send guests to the restaurant with a voucher which was much much better. The staff was wonderful!

There was a lamp on the desk that had no visible turn off knob. We didn’t get back to our room until 11 pm so didn’t want to call front desk. We slept with that light on. I wanted to watch tv to relax and tried but the tv did not work. Not sure if it was the remote or tv. When I told the front desk these concerns in the morning, I was never even given , oh gee, we are sorry. I was told how to use the lamp but too late! Front desk was not really helpful. I do not think I would stay there again. With paying over $150 a night, I would have appreciated a little bit more compassion.

Sarah greeted us with a friendly smile, great way to start. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tube was perfect, warm with good jets. This is a friendly place to stay. Our first night we called the front desk because the kids were stomping above us when we were ready to go to sleep. They informed the room and it was quiet. Nice. Slept good. We will be returning
