Located close to Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, this is a lovely villa boasting a garden, and expansive terraces with picturesque views of the Amalfi Coast. The villa is in a fabulous spot just 1.8 km away from shops, restaurants and public transport; the villa also provides easy access to nearby beaches within a short drive.

Villa Sopia (150 sqm) develops over three levels. Access to the villa is via a narrow track, suitable for vehicles no larger than an 8-seater minivan. On reaching the villa, guests ascend a flight of 20 steps, leading to the entrance located on the ground floor.

It is important to note that the property caretaker lives in a garden access room located on the lower floor. However, guests’ privacy is maintained at all times.

On the lower floor (accessible directly from the garden) you will find three double bedrooms, each with double beds and a sea views. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, with one featuring a double sink for added convenience.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a dining table. There is also and a well-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. The sleeping area on this level features a double bedroom with a double bed and garden view, accompanied by an ensuite bathroom (with bath); one single bedroom with access from the garden and en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom (with toilet).

A flight of 17 steps from the ground floor leads to the upper floor where you will find two double bedrooms featuring double beds and sea views. Each bedroom comes with an ensuite bathrooms with shower for added comfort and privacy.

Outside, the villa boasts large terraces on all three levels offering ample space for relaxation and enjoying the breathtaking views. A private sea-view garden awaits on the lower level, accessible via a flight of 20 steps from the ground level, where guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and dine alfresco in a shaded area. In addition, guests have access to barbecue facilities, and private parking is available onsite providing added convenience and security during your stay.
