Our colonial style villa is not only an affordable holiday accommodation on a beautiful property with a lush tropical garden - it's a beautiful paradise retreat in an upscale style which is close enough to town center and beaches to enjoy all the busy Caribbean life - but at the same time far away enough to relax and do some "quality chilling" around the pool or socialize with others over a cold drink on our big terrace-table...

Wonderful for recreation, fantastic for active vacationers and just perfect for all others - just minutes away from the best surf-spots, beaches and other great activities!

Our guests have access to the whole property and all facilities.
People love to sit outside on one of the covered terraces - for example one with a dining table for up to 10 people, ju
st outside the living room. Of course you can also use our fitness equipment and work out with it for free, sunbathe by the large pool or relax in the garden with lots of tropical plants and flowers on our 4100 sqm property. If you come with a vehicle, you can also use our parking spaces on the property for free.
You can order your breakfast and / or a delicious 'à la carte' meal from Altagracia - if you don't want to eat out or cook yourself.

- Cleaning the apartment and changing linen and towels once per week (after 7 days) is included.
- If you want it to be cleaned more often or a maid for cooking/washing/cleaning dishes and the kitchen, this can be arranged (Extra cost - Please ask for price).
- If guests want use our kitchen to cook by themselves, we expect them to clean up and depending on the usage a fair participation in the cost for gas, drinking water, cleaning liquid etc. (about 2.-US$/day)
- Please don't forget to read our house rules before booking!
