Electricity in the Dominican Republic is very expensive, and the A/C and hot water heaters are the main source of electricity consumption. Electricity will be charged apart from the rental cost at time of departure.

The electricity has to be paid by the guest by cash or pay with the airbnb resolution at the departure time.
