This property provided plenty of room for our family. It was cozy and clean. The view was amazing and especially loved the access to the beach! Newport was very close by to go and play and eat. Would recommend to stay here and would love to come again.

Great place

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully situated with amazing views. Just a short drive from Newport and all the activities. The beds were comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of Kuerig cups to start your morning off right! But that view! It’s a wow. Would definitely return if we come back to Newport area.

Perfect family getaway

Clean, convenient, and perfectly located beach getaway for our young family. Property owner was so friendly and the home was amazingly well kept and stocked for our short stay. We loved the views and the close walk to the beach as well as the close drive to Newport. The home itself was gorgeous! We would absolutely stay here again.

We saw whales!

The location was awesome and the property manager was so nice. We loved the beach and we even saw whales from the house. Even though the place was off the 101 it was really quiet. Only the ocean and birds can be heard. Parking was good. Access to town was no issue. It was a once in a lifetime spot. Our only complaint was it wasn’t the cleanest place. We found ants on our food left on the counter in the kitchen.

Beautiful home with lovely view

We had a really nice stay. The house is very clean. Lots of little details to make guests feel at home. The hot tub was a nice perk! The weather was stormy our first night and the whole next day. We were able to just sit and relax while looking at the ocean. The best! I will caution anyone who rents to be sure to call Vacasa to get specific directions. It's REALLY difficult to find the house in the dark. Our GPS took us to the wrong place. We had 1 bar of cell service, so I was able to call Vacasa and have them help us find the house. I won't say any street names or anything for obvious privacy and safety reasons. But if you will get there at night, I recommend you call first. Thank you to the owners for allowing people to use your beautiful home! It was a wonderful birthday trip for my husband and daughter.

Whales!

This was a great location for a long weekend with family. We had a lovely time and even got to spend time watching whales from the house/deck. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach was so quiet, with very few people on the beach with us. We had a wonderful time!

Great Beach Access

Great large house with good beach access, secure dog space, and big beds. Fence is mostly short but my dog can't jump so wasn't a problem for me. Easy to rub noses with the owner's dog. I'd come back with friends.

Beautiful and relaxing

This rental was just as beautiful as the photos. We were extremely impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness, furnishings and finishes of the home. The view from the living room is stunning. The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could need and they provide tons of towels and other thoughtful touches. The beach is extremely close and was very private. We would be happy to stay here again. One thing worth noting is that our cell phones were unable to make calls from the property.

Amazing Getaway!!

Beautiful home with perfect ocean views. The plus at this property is the private beach access!! Perfect for families. I would recommend this home highly. Plus it was stocked with all your needs. No need to bring housewares--its already there!!
