Overall the property and reservation were good. The room cleanliness was very poor. The shower had not been cleaned. There was body hair on the walls, drain, and shower curtain. We arrived late and did not notice this until 10 PM. When informed about the condition, the staff were on the spot to clean the room. No discount could be applied/given or additional Honors Points awarded as compensation since we used Expedia to book.

Hotel was good except for no hot breakfast . The attendant wasn’t at fault . She said her oven was broke. All we were offered were cold rolls and possibly pancakes but not sure about even that. Disappointed about that. Had to go next door for hot breakfast. Otherwise hotel was good. We’ve stayed there before and chose it on this trip.

There were small pieces of trash on the floor of our hallway and the floor of the elevator. They were there all 4 days of our stay. Also, the alarm clock in the room was non-operative. It was unplugged when we checked in, I tried to reset it, and gave up and unplugged it again.

The room was good however the breakfast attendant was terrible. The attendant was sloppy and did not keep food out or when asked put omelets that were cold in the middle and no cinnamon rolls one morning. Very disappointing from other Holiday Inns I have stayed at.
