Loved all the extra plug-ins for tech equipment. I wish you provided small bar soap in bathroom as liquid soap is a pain especially in shower. Shower needs more secure grab rails for those of us with mobility issues. Your snack bar and lack of pop machines is lousy...$4 for a bottle of pop is crazy. Breakfast bar a highlight with ample variety.

Beware!

At about 6pm the day of our stay the hotel called us to say they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. I was not given an explanation other than that. We were already in South Bend and minutes from checking in. Would not recommend.
