Perched up 7 feet high, with panoramic views of the River, You will feel like you're a million miles away! Spend your days Fishing, Kayaking, or Canoeing on the River, or make a short Drive to PK, Possum Kingdom Lake, You can Bring your boat or jet ski's for a day at the lake, or choose a half day , or full day, captained Pontoon trip that's optional for Booking upon request. Our Pontoon Seats up to 12 people -
You can Have Romantic evenings around the fire pit or sit up top on the deck under the Big Texas Star Filled Sky-
There is a Large Patio below the Cabin with Hammocks, a porch swing, and table area for sitting. There is also a mini fridge down on the bottom deck, as well as a separate one located inside the cabin.
Along the top of the Bottom deck, there is a water a mister system that will keep you cool those Hot Texas days!
There is several cookers, One charcoal grill, a Cowboy Wood Cooker, and a BlackStone for guests to use. We do supply the propane.
There is also an outdoor sink that makes clean up easy!
We have a full Private Outdoor Bath that is located just steps from the Cabin, Complete with outdoor Rain Head shower, sink and toilet. The cabin sleeps 2, it is Air conditioned and has a plush Queen side bed that makes for a great night of sleep. There is a Mini Fridge/ Keurig/ and an eating area inside the cabin, as well as there is a sitting area outside on the upper deck as well. We do supply Keurig coffee pods, coffee cups along with sugar and creamer.
It's So nice to sit and have your coffee overlooking the water and watch the Humming birds! They usually put on quite a show!
The Sound of the Birds chirping and the Fish jumping make for a great afternoon nap in one of the Hammocks!

Note-PK Lake is about a 20 min Drive from Us! Graham Texas is Aprox 9 miles away and has the Worlds Largest square! (Along with a Walmart) Also Graham lake is about aprox 15 min drive.
There is also some Fabulous local restaurants!

You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks, tubes, canoe, boat or other water equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks, tubes, canoe, boat or other water equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. No Life guard is on duty. Water shoes and Life Jackets are encouraged. Shoes encouraged at all times while on property.
You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks, tubes, canoe, boat or other water equipment All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
Surveillance cameras are in use around property for added security - These cameras are placed out in the open on property for guests to see placement.
