Quiet 2-bedroom cottage convenient to Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave and Cedar Falls. Private, romantic hot tub area. Electric fireplace, charcoal grill, fire ring, Smart TV, and washer/dryer. Sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. Internet access. PET FRIENDLY (max 2)

Please note a $19.99 dollars fee is charged w/ each reservation. A 3.0% credit card fee is applied to every credit card charge. A $30.00 pet fee/pet is required for pets. Please advise us immediately if bringing your pet so your reservation can be charged. Failure to do so could result in additional fees.
Enjoy peaceful tranquility and comfort in a private cottage located down a Hocking Hills country road located just off Ohio’s Scenic Byway Route 664. Located within 3 miles of Old Man’s Cave and Ash Cave. Also located within minutes of groceries, gas station and local establishments.
The cottage features 2 bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with full size appliances, dishes, pots and pans. The living area features a gas log fireplace for those cold winter nights
Please note a 19.99 Preservation Fee is charged with every reservation as well as a 3 percent credit card processing fee

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Hocking Hills! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to trails and attractions. The hot tub was a highlight after long hikes. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute 2 bedroom with tv in each room. Spacious enough not to be on top of each other and great front porch with chairs and picnic table. There was a fire pit with wood available for us, too. The best part was being close enough to walk to the yummy pizza shop, gas station for coffee (we were too lazy to turn on coffee pot) and a local restaurant. The cabin cam with a full kitchen as well. Highly recommend for the price

Weekend trip

The cabin was very nice and lots of space. We would have loved to spend more time using the cabin but a storm knocked the power out. Highly recommend reading the fine print before booking. Now we’re prepared for the next time. Overall, it is a great cabin and close to the main trails.

Very Nice Cabin

Overall this was a great place to stay with a very convenient location. I was pleasantly surprised with all the cooking amenities that were supplied. We didn’t cook much but if we had wanted to we had what we needed! Pictures on the listing were true to reality. The neighbors were a littleCloser than I had wished but the hot tub is well secluded so its Like we were completely surrounded.

Little Slice of Heaven

The cabin was the perfect size and set up for our little family. We would have used the kitchen for more cooking if it had been a longer trip. The enclosure for the hot tub was really nice and private and my son even used it as his "headquarters" when he played. We got a lot of play time in the creek also. The covered porch was so nice with all the rainy weather, and we absolutely loved listening to it on the tin roof! The pizza place just down the street should be listed as an amenity. We loved everything about our stay!

Enjoyed!

Nice cabin, just right for our stay. More affordable than a large cabin. After all when you vacation, you pretty much sleep shower and eat a meal, then go do off site activities, so perfect. Do think they could leave some charcoal and a lighter for grill. Had to purchase off site. Thanks for a a overall good experience.

Quiet weekend away

We wanted a quiet weekend away before school starts and this cabin was very nice! We didnt realize there were neighbors but they are quiet and didnt bother anything. Pizza place within walking distance too. Very short drive to state park and reliable internet if you ACTUALLY want to be connected still.

Perfect location

The cabin was the perfect location for exploring Hocking Hills State Park. It’s right down the road from the visitors center. The neighborhood was very quiet. It’s stocked with most things that you need. The washer and dryer came in handy. If you travel with a pet, although the property is fenced, it is more of a pasture type fence, not one that will keep a dog in the yard. Overall, would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Our first stay at VRBO, Owners were very nice, helped us with the check in and we even added an extra day! Clean, nice place, quiet and the hot tub is a nice bonus. Was a nice way to end the night after hiking all the trails all day.

Great location

The location was great close to all the hiking spots and right around the corner from a gas station/convience store. Also a few restaurants near by. The hot tub was okay, all the jets don't work in any of the seats so its not as relaxing and rejuvenating as you would think. The trees over the fire ring need to be trimmed to safely have a fire. The beds are decent but could use an upgrade. During our stay some people showed up to do some things in the house, there was a miscommunication within the team and they didnt realize we were there. They didn’t invade our space or come in so I'm not sure what was planned on being done. The wifi was great and much appreciated so my son could do his online schooling. The only "negatives" I would say were there was no hand soap in the bathroom and no sponges or washrags to do the dishes, but those are very minimal things. I would recommend bringing your own water to drink because the water there smells like rotten eggs. Other than that it was very clean and accommodating.

the property needed mowed, black mold in shower, dust under furniture, called to report a few issues on the first night and none of it was taken care of during our stay. The light over the hot tub was out so had to sit in the dark then we closed the fence to the hot tub patio and the latch was broken, we had to hop the fence to get out, locked in, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, this was reported on Sunday and still not fixed by Thursday when we left. Having the light above the hot tub would have made it a lot more convenient to use when we got back late after a long day of hiking.

Fantastic gem

Spent three days in a wonderful cottage with a lovely country setting. Beautiful yard and fire pit. Comfortable couch for watching television and such a short distance from All the lovely hiking spots. Fantastic view of creek. Loved it!
