Room was clean and bed/pillows firm…just the way I like it. I like to have a dark room when I sleep and my only negative was the 2 frosted small windows on the main door which leads outside to a lit up parking lot. Need to get a mini blind to black those windows out.

Africa Day 2025 in Burlington Vermont

I am in Burlington for a conference and am quite satisfied with the property. Located in a safe residential area, close to stores and highways. The manager was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again next year

The owners have done an admirable job making the room new, fresh, modern, but clearly a refurbished room. The bed room and small kitchenette area was nice, and the shower and toilet were fine, but the VERY tiny sink in the bathroom is annoying: maybe 12 inches by 6 inches which meant more water on my feet than on my face. It was ok to stay one night since I arrived late in town and didn't want to spend the higher price at the hotel where I would be staying the remaining 4 nights. So, it's ok for a quick pass-through (arriving or departing from Burlington airport, which is 2 minutes away), but definitely not for a long stay or for a family stay.

They have some sort of construction going on nearby that ran all night long, some sort of tractor engine, then drilling at 6am. Otherwise the room was fine, bathroom sink teeny-tiny thing but it was a single and for one night it was fine.

Spotless, new-looking room, comfortable bed. Check-in process was ahead of time, sent room code by email (with a video of how to unlock the door). Pretty austere minimal room, but clean and has everything you’d need. I had to book something last minute for my son’s graduation and the larger hotels were booked. I wasn’t sure what this would be like but it was convenient, very clean, and quite comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave, and hot plate meant for extended stay, which were nice. Looks like the place was just fixed up and is still in-process. A picture over the circuit breaker box and a small amount of color or decor would really up the value. Still, enjoyed my stay here, had a great night’s sleep, and would stay again.
