The Space:

Beach access is just 30 yards from your door. Grab your towel, take the association stairs down, and you’re on Lake Michigan in seconds.



Eaton Park House is a classic South Haven cottage tucked into a quiet lakeshore community — close enough to walk to the harbor and downtown, yet peaceful when the day winds down. This dog-friendly retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and makes an easy, comfortable home base for summer living.



Inside, the open layout keeps everyone connected. The updated kitchen offers plenty of space for prepping beach-day snacks or simple family meals, while the living and dining areas are designed for gathering, game nights, and slow mornings with coffee. After a day on the sand, rinse off and settle onto the shaded deck for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings under the trees.



With three bedrooms and 1.5 baths, the layout is simple, practical, and perfect for families or close friends who plan to spend most of their time outdoors. It’s the kind of place where shoes stay by the door, beach towels dry on the railing, and the lake sets the pace.



Please note: Lake Michigan’s water levels and beach conditions naturally fluctuate throughout the season. The beach may be wider or narrower depending on weather and water levels.

Your Shores Vacation Rentals team are local area experts who know all of the ins and outs of our beautiful homes in South Haven.



We're available in-person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience.



For our incoming guests:



Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
