Located at the end of Sheldon Point on a private road, this family cottage is perfectly situated to enjoy one of the State's loveliest saltwater ponds. The house is comfortable and well maintained, showcasing original artwork and window water views. Large dining room farm table and a fully equipped kitchen make for great dinners with family and friends. Sit on its wrap-around porch and watch bird life and boaters, paddle boarders and oyster barges. Jump into a kayak and explore the pond, with its inlets and marshes. A walk along East Matunuck State Beach takes you through Jerusalem Beach to the Breachway, overlooking Galilee and the channel. Go in the opposite direction and you find yourself in Matunuck, home of "The Ocean Mist". At the end of your day, be rewarded with a brilliant sunset.

Beautiful view of Potters pond

This was an amazing quiet beautiful location. Loved taking a kayak ride and admiring the homes that are tucked away from the mainstream. This home truly was majestic. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 boys. We had plenty of space and spent much of our time outdoors playing corn hole, fishing and biking. It is so close to East Matunuck state beach and a short drive to Galilee. Quick adventure to Block Island was nice too. We will definitely return to this serene location. Neighbors were nice too! Look forward to our next stay! Thanks

Peaceful retreat

Our family of four spent a wonderfully relaxing week at this gem on Potter's Pond. The location was ideal for quiet morning paddles on our SUPs or the kayaks provided by the owners, fishing and bird watching. We felt off the beaten path but were a short walk to Matunuck Oyster Bar and a mile from E Matunuck State Beach. The house was well equipped with everything needed to cook a meal at home and enjoy on the deck. Plenty of towels, beach towels and beach chairs were available and an easy ride back.areasattraction.meal

Gorgeous retreat

Hidden gem of a spot with nearly 360 views of Potter Pond, water access in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House was tidy and efficient with everything we needed for our family. Dinners on the large deck overlooking the water were unforgettable. Kayaks and corn hole were the icing on the cake!
