Inside, you`ll find freshly updated interiors, a warm electric fireplace, a full kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience. A queen bed plus a sleeper sofa comfortably accommodate 2 guests.

Just minutes from South Lake Tahoe`s casinos, Heavenly`s ski slopes, and the shores of Lake Tahoe itself, this loft is the perfect basecamp for your next mountain getaway. Enjoy a cozy electric fireplace, full kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer, plus the convenience of a direct-access 1-car garage on the ground floor.

Please note: guests do not have access to Tahoe Keys HOA amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.).

Guests have full access to the condo and the 1-car garage.

We`re available via the app 24/7. For emergencies, we can be reached by phone.

Heat/Air: The Nest thermostat is located on the top floor, in the hallway. Simply twist it to your desired temperature. There`s also a whole-house exhaust fan next to the TV above the bed, which you can use to clear the air and help cool the home down.

Air Conditioning: A portable AC unit is available in the loft area for your comfort. It`s operated by remote, so please keep track of it and avoid misplacing it. Thank you for your help with this!

Pets: A one-time pet fee of $100 per pet applies.

The dryer is a heat pump dryer, so you must empty the water and clean the lint filter after every load.
House Rules & Property Information

Parties & Noise
Parties are strictly prohibited under both local law and Airbnb policy. Please be respectful of our neighbors, as they are close by, and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am to help ensure a restful night for everyone in the community. Please do not gather outside after 10:00 pm. To help protect both our guests and neighbors from excessive noise, this property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring. It does not record conversations, it only measures sound levels and alerts us if volume exceeds 75 decibels. Exterior cameras are also in place for security and to help deter unauthorized gatherings. If a party occurs, we will contact the authorities and you will be asked to leave the property.

Parking Pass
Please return the parking pass at checkout. A $300 fine will apply if it is not returned.

Number of Guests
A $25 fee applies for each guest beyond the number booked, even if they do not stay overnight, unless arranged with us in advance. This policy helps us prevent unauthorized gatherings.

Please park only in the one-car garage.

Air Conditioning
A portable AC unit is available in the loft area for your comfort. It`s operated by remote, so please keep track of it and avoid misplacing it. Thank you for your help with this!

Check-Out & Cleaning
Checkout is no later than 11:00 am. Late checkouts unfortunately cannot be accommodated, and any checkout after 11:00 am will incur a $100/hour fee. Please let us know your planned checkout time in advance so we can share it with our housekeeping team. Before you leave, please load and start the dishwasher, take the trash out to the large bin in the parking lot, and leave the home in the condition you found it.

Restrooms
Please only flush toilet paper. Wipes, including those labeled `flushable,` should not be flushed.

Smoking
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only permitted in the backyard. Smoking indoors is a fire hazard and can leave odors that take days to remove. A $300 fine will apply if ashes or smoke odor are found inside the home.

Lost Items
Please double-check the home before you leave. Unfortunately, we`re unable to package and ship items left behind.

Candles
Candles are not permitted in the home due to fire safety concerns.

Damage
Accidents happen, and we appreciate you letting us know if something is broken so we can repair or replace it. Stain remover is available under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room for carpet or bedding.

Utilities: Lights & Heating
Please turn off lights, the fireplace, the exhaust fan, and adjust the heat/AC down before leaving the home.

Pets
Only one pet is allowed with a non-refundable $100 fee. Please let us know ahead of your stay if you`re bringing a pet. All pets must be fully potty trained and should not track mud or dirt into the home, please wipe their paws if needed before entering. Pets are not permitted on any furniture, including beds, and bedroom doors for unused rooms should stay closed. We are not responsible for anything that may happen to your pet during your stay. An additional $100 fee applies for any pet waste found on the property after checkout.

Furniture
Please do not rearrange furniture, as this can damage the flooring and makes it difficult for our housekeeping team to reset the space between guests.

Please avoid unplugging anything in the home. Certain items, including the door lock and doorbell, rely on power, and unplugged lamps or devices create extra work for the next guest. If you`re unsure what something is, please leave it plugged in. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem, as this will disable the door lock and could lock you out of the home.
