3. Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM and must be observed by all Guests.
4. During Quiet Hours not more than 8 guests are allowed on premises.

This spacious 3,000 sq ft Castle Cabin custom vacation home is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Three master suites sleep up to 10 guests; four full bathrooms; one with a whirlpool bath. Located in a quiet neighborhood just three miles west of the Y.

This brand new (2014) 3000 sq ft custom vacation (plus 1500 sq ft garage) is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Located in a quiet neighborhood of newer homes three miles west of the "Y," you will be away from busy streets yet close to all the attractions South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Guests will have access to the whole house, garage, deck, backyard. Everything.

There are coded locks on the Main Entry Door (code will be provided when you book your vacation home with us). The house will be clean and ready for your use.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of newer homes three miles west of the "Y". You will be away from busy streets, yet close enough to all the attractions Tahoe has to offer.

Guest access
Entire home. We have three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, one attached to each bedroom, plus one additional full bathroom. In other words we have three master suites plus an additional bathroom! Our Driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles and our garage can accommodate 3 vehicles. One side of the garage has a pool table and other games.
Other things to note
This home has high speed wireless internet. We have a 65" TV with cable.

The Tahoe area has great hiking and bicycling opportunities. We are just a few miles from Fallen Leaf Lake, Angora Lake, and Lake Tahoe.
