This spacious 2,500 sq. ft. home offers plenty of room for families or groups, featuring five bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across two levels. Enjoy two comfortable family rooms. One on each floor, perfect for both group gatherings and quiet relaxation.

The deluxe kitchen is fully equipped for preparing home-cooked meals, while the gas barbecue and dining space for eight make it easy to enjoy shared meals after a day of adventure. Stay active with the treadmill or unwind by the gas fireplace before heading out to watch a stunning sunset from the private beach. Boaters will appreciate the home's private buoy, adding a touch of lakeside luxury.

Tahoe Meadows, established in 1924 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, offers a mile of private beach, two piers, and a full schedule of summer activities. In winter, the Heavenly ski shuttle stops just outside the gate, making it easy to hit the slopes.

Maximum of 4 vehicles: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests.
No Parties or Gatherings: Celebrations or events are not permitted.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM–8 AM. Please respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise.
Responsible Guest: Primary renter must be 21+ and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.

Winter Weather Advisory
During winter conditions, chains or 4WD vehicles may be required. Refunds are not provided due to weather, road closures, or early departures. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
