This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 6 people maximum and has a large balcony overlooking the lush, green, tranquil courtyard and pool area. There is a washer /dryer in the unit, a large swimming pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool for the young ones. There is also charcoal BBQ pits in the courtyard as well. This unit has been remodeled and is very accommodating. Located just a 1 minute walk from the Gulf and beach access at Wanna Wanna makes for the perfect vacation spot. Great location, great space, great family fun.THIS IS A 2nd FLOOR WALK UP.MUST BE 25 Yrs OLD TO RENT HERE. Because HomeAway does not collect the 17% city and local tax, that will be due in addition at the time of check in!!!! We have no elevators at this property.

The property was nice but definitely needs an update. The a/c (which you couldn’t put below 72) was frozen when we got there but didn’t find out until late that night since we were out all day. The property manager was extremely helpful and they fixed the problem quickly the next morning and even offered us different room. The bathroom and bedrooms were very nice and clean but the couches and chairs smelled stale.

Close to the beach
The beach was a walkable short distance away, which made this location convient. Would like to have known there were no beach towels, automatic dish detergent and no later checkout, even though the electricity went off twice. I was disappointed there is no allowance for utilizing the outdoor shower.

Lovely property with convenient beach access
This was a great property. Within walking distance of the beach and easy beach access as well as within walking distance of several dining locations and coffee shops. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
