Your perfect beach vacation awaits you in our spacious remodeled beachfront 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca. (Formerly Schlitterbahn Water Park) The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, free secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our condo is located on the 2nd. floor with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet…beyond you there is nothing but dunes, sand and sea. The living/dining area as well as the master suite have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows with the most amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine waking up each morning after a restful night of sleep to a magnificent unobstructed Texas sunrise…it just doesn’t get any better than that!!! This same view can be enjoyed from the kitchen while preparing that gourmet meal. Take a moment to relax on the spacious balcony while sipping your favorite beverage, enjoying the gentle gulf breezes while watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf. The beachfront master suite has a king size bed, a closet and a large flat screen TV. The en-suite has a walk-in tiled shower and a quartz countertop vanity. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, a large closet, a sitting area and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a bunk bed and a large flat screen TV. These two guest bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a tiled tub/shower combination and quartz countertop. The bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner. The fully equipped kitchen has a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, herbs and spices as well as several other small kitchen appliances including a crock pot, hand mixer, blender, toaster and a drip style/pod style coffee maker. There is comfortable seating for 6 at the dining table plus additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get you started. To add to your vacation pleasure, there are 4 large flat screen TVs with Spectrum cable and free password protected WiFi. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans…1 in each bedroom plus the living area. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A starter supply of laundry products is provided. For your beach time enjoyment, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a couple of boogie boards and some sand toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good locally owned restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin watch boat rides leave from the pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your beach vacation.
