Pohjimmiltaan rantakoti hiljattain rakennetulla yksityisellä uima-altaalla, joka sijaitsee vain korttelin päässä rannasta. Tässä 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen kohotetussa rantakodissa on runsaasti tilaa 6 hengen majoittamiseen vuoteissa. Sinä ja vieraasi nauttivat suuresta ja valoisasta avoimesta konseptikeittiöstä, joka on varustettu keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineillä, jotta voit tehdä herkullisia kotiruokaa. Olohuoneessa on iso sohva, loveseat ja lepotuoli, joka antaa jokaiselle tilaa elokuvien katselemiseen, kirjan lukemiseen tai jopa vain istumiseen ja seurusteluun television ympärillä pitkän, hauskan päivän jälkeen! Talossa on päämakuuhuone, jossa on king-size-vuode ja liitetty kylpyamme, sekä kaksi vierashuonetta, joista toisessa on king-size-vuode ja queen-size-vuode ryhmäsi majoitusta varten. Koti on täydellinen perheelle tai ystäville, jotka haluavat vain nauttia rannasta kuin paikalliset! Löydät hiekkaa ja aaltoja sekä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, yöelämää ja paljon muuta vain askeleen päässä kotioveltasi!

The house was perfect for our family getaway to South Padre Island. The pool was wonderful and nice and relaxing and being so close to the beach was awesome for the kids! Not to mention the beach gear credit was super cool to get would definitely stay here again if we visit later on!

End of summer getaway

The property was nice and located in a nice neighborhood. There wasn't a hot tub which we were looking forward to. It's also 2 separate units that can be rented out as 1. The bottom unit is completely closed off from the top floor, so you have to go outside and access stairs to get into the top unit. We'd stay again.

Family getaway

We have stayed at this house before as we love the location and the space/pool. The only thing was the water pressure was low when showering and the pool was too hot at times. We had a great time and hope to be back!!

Family trip 1st time SPI

The place was relatively clean but lacks cooking utensils. The space was adequate for us. The pool was great for the kids and used everyday including when it turned cold because the pool was heated. Nice having a washer and dryer. Location was good, close to many restaurants, block away from the beach. All in all it was a good trip.

Awesome!!

First.. Easy check in without any issues. Then the location was great with access to the beach and to the main road. The most important thing about this trip was how much room my family had with this beach house. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

It was close to everything! The private pool was the best part! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus. Conveniently located on the island you can walk everywhere or rent a golf cart next door. Would stay here again.

Great place

The over all it was a great place to stay. When we arrived we weren’t able to get in the bottom half of the house but we were able to get a maintenance there to help. The place is close walking distance to the beach. The pool was amazing because kids had a blast.

Great house and great locale

Pros:Loved the home with plenty of room, comfy beds, and a nice pool. Also quite private and quiet. Easy and rapid access to everything. Things they missed: no towels in guest bath, kitchen downstairs without a coffee maker, forgot to put trash bags in downstairs kitchen trash, pool light didn't work or I couldn't find it. Check in time too late, check out time too early. Overall Still gets an "A"

Good Service, House was ok

The man working was very nice and waiting for us. He explained everything well. You have to check in at the office, no keyless entry. The office isnt far from the house. The house itself was slightly different than in the pictures. Decor was changed, fire pit feature was missing, the pool appears to have been remodeled and looks like it had a waterfall device, but that doesnt work. The house is only upstairs. The lower level of the house next to the pool is vacant which would have been wonderful to use with the kids needing things and going up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are small. Under my bed I found several pairs of shoes and a half eaten bag of chips. The pool was warm, so that was nice, the house was stocked with what we needed including washer and dryer. Spacious bedrooms, good beds, It was a very short walk to the beach. Quiet part of town, golf cart rental place within a short walk as well and they had good prices. It worked fine for the short stay. Kids liked it a lot but I felt it was more for a younger crowd. Not ideal for older people.

Great location, very close to the beach literally a 2 min walk! Pool was great, very spacious. However the house does need a lot of improvements starting with the restrooms, very old shower heads literally felt like no water was coming out. Cleanliness wasn’t great, 2nd bedroom sheets were stain but my guess is because of how old the are stains don’t wash off.

Overall, a good spacious place to stay.

This house was great in the fact that it was very spacious for a family/friends. Some things you'll need to bring yourself, because it was not provided: salt, pepper, coffee filters, coffee, trash bags, paper towels, cleaning spray (for counters and whatnot). Those are just some items I'm used to seeing at rental homes that were not provided here. The freezer takes a long time to freeze your items, so just keep that in mind. Overall, this was a decent house in a great location... everything is at your fingertips.

Family Vacation

Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was close to the beach and had a nice view of the strip. Watching the colorful golf carts drive by was entertaining. The covered parking was a big plus as well. And the swimming pool was awsome! great size. There was even a golf cart rental location at the corner which was a hop and skip away. We loved this rental! There are a few things we wished the house had. Not all the rooms had a TV and wish the sofa was a sofa bed.

Great pool

This place was great for our family of 5. Just down the street from the beach and the heated pool was perfect for our kids. The bathrooms were really small but overall not a big deal. My only complaint would be the golf cart rental place that is located across the street. They had blasting music from open until close which was like 8am-12am, possibly later than that. Not a big deal during the day but at night you definitely hear it inside the house.

great pool but......

we really liked our stay at this home and found it very relaxing. The pool was fantastic and very clean. We also enjoyed our walks in the mornings being so close to the beach. The negative, in the throws of COVID, was that the house was pretty dirty and could use a bit of an overall refresh. Good thing I travel with Lysol wipes now because the kitchen cabinets and handles were very dirty and we stuck to the floor.
