Being on 2 levels the sleeping arrangements are upstairs, while downstairs has a very open floor plan with lounge & dining areas which are strategically located close to the stunning timber kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities.
There is provision of secure parking for 2 vehicles plus storage for the bikes, boards etc & a communal Barbeque area with seating.
Carrington 2 is in the heart of South West Rocks and is close to the bakery, eateries and coffee shops, hotel beaches, front creek and some amazing walkways.

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute walk of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a ten minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
