Really loved the upgraded rooms and bathrooms - they have had a very modern renovation. Only thing stopping me putting 5 stars was the aircon was slightly undersized for the room and we found it a little bit hot and some blackout blinds would be awesome as the streetlights were pretty bright. We had a great stay though so central and all the amenities you need.

Housekeeping didn’t happen at any point during the stay. No tea supplied. We were out for a cricket carnival all day, everyday but would have been nice to have the bin emptied and a tea bag for a cup of tea. Disappointing as the room itself and location were amazing. Comfy beds , etc just missing the service part of the deal.

Room and location were great but parking is a nightmare whilst renovations are being carried out. Suggest visitors park in the adjacent hotel car park and not near the accommodation whilst concreting and external painting is being carried out. Once the renovations are complete my rating would be 5 out of 5

The rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and comfortable. Bit tricky working out where to check in with the renovations but it did not affect our experience and it will be convenient once finished. We had a beach view room which was great, however right about the outdoor area for the pub below, which meant you could clearly hear music from approximately 8am - 10.30pm. It didn't bother us that greatly, but it could bother others who are not early risers and who are early to bed.
